He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Stamper and Lovell Cornett Stamper; his foster parents, Wardie Craft and Hazel Craft; and his siblings, Eva Jean Panther, Geraldine Holden, Charles Stamper, Howard Stamper and Wayne Stamper.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard Stamper (Jeanna) of West Liberty, KY and Michael Stamper (Sherry) of Dayton, OH; his granddaughter Cheyenne Stamper (Billy Crase) of Georgetown, KY; his brothers, Clennon Stamper (Tammy) and Douglas Stamper (Glenna) of West Liberty, KY; and his close friend Wanda Richard of Paris, KY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
