He is survived by: his wife Christine Perkins Dulin; his children, Dusty Dulin (Lee), Jacob Dulin, Billy Dulin (Bianca), Winston Dulin, Daniel Dulin, Ruth Ann Dulin and Christine Dulin; his grandchildren, Joshua VanHoose (Lexi), Brody VanHoose, Xavier VanHoose, Savannah Woodward, Sierra Woodward and Zavier Lewis; his great grandchildren, Jayden VanHoose, Riley Gail VanHoose and Raelynn VanHoose; and his siblings, Charles Dulin (Judy), John Dulin, Arlise Dulin, Rosette Peters (Hershell), Joney Baker (Harold) and Alice Hancock. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
