He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlene Rackey and Johnny Rackey of Floyd County, Kentucky.. He is survived by: his fiancé Tracy Tapp; and his sister Jennifer Rackey (Ronnie Sperlock). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
