He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Dale and Christine Gilvin Dale. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Banta Dale; his children, Gary Mark Dale (Kathy) and Kay Fryman (Jim); and his brother Gilbert Dale (Carolyn). He is also survived by four grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to Herrington United Methodist Church or Johnson Mathers Nursing Home.
