It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Bussell of Paris, Kentucky, who passed away on May 4, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Floyd W. Bussell; her parents, J. Neal Kerns and Anna Frances Garrett Kerns; and her siblings, Clyde, Bobby, Gerald, Jimmy Kerns and Carolyn Murray.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Mattox (Elizabeth) of Carlisle, Marsha Mattox of Louisville, Kirk Mattox (Adelaide) of Georgetown, Christel Bussell Roberts (Roger Berry, Jr.) of Paris and Brad Bussell (Andrea) of Paris; her grandchildren, Blake Roser (Sarah), Ben Mattox (Kylie Kwiatt), Memarie Paige Willis (Andrew), Lainey Piwleski (Victor), Michael Reid (Kehla Castle), Connor Wayne Roberts, Joseph Mattox, Presley and Cashton Bussell; her great grandchildren, Ellie, Miri, Lily, Ellis, Lennox, Pierce, Hayden and Lyla; her brother David Kerns of Ft. Myers, Florida; and her cousin Leanna Dixon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
