She was predeceased by: her father Robert Lendell Horne; and her father-in-law Donald Lloyd Watson. She is survived by: her husband William Blair "Billy" Watson; her mother Norma Lee Ulery Horne; her daughters, Kasi Paige Watson and Adrian Blair Railey (Isaiah); her siblings, Robert Lendell Horne, Jr., Ralph Edward Horne, William David Horne (Teresa) and Sandra Faye Blevins (Jonathan); her mother-in-law Pamela Mae Eades Rice (James Robert III); and her stepmother-in-law Kathy Watson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
