She was predeceased by: her husband Bruce Fairbanks Spring Sr.; and her parents, Dexter Newton and Mattie Pendergrass Douglas. She is survived by: her children, Sharon George (Ricky), Melissa Patton (Van) and Bruce F. "Butch" Spring Jr.; her grandchildren, Philip Michael Lemons, Robert Lemons, Trey Spring, Zane Patton, Chloe Patton and Victoria Spring; her great grandchild Jacob Lemons; and her siblings, Dexter Douglas (Rosemary) and Carol Miller.
