She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Ann Myers Simons; and her brother David William Simons. She is survived by: her father Regginald Arthur Simons; her brother Greg Simons; and her boyfriend Mike Matthews. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home (526 Pleasant St, Paris, KY 40361). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
