He is survived by: his mother Jewell Dixon Wade; his children, Steven Wade (Rachel), Daphne Wade and Melissa Turner (Darian); his grandchildren, Anthony Wade, Zachary Hawkins, McKynze Hawkins, Ayden Hawkins, Kessler Wade and Baron Wade; his great grandchild Aaryn Kirk; his brothers, Wayne Wade (Kathy) and Del Wade; and his brothers-in-law, Tony Withrow (Patty) and Floyde Withrow (Lisa). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
