He is survived by: his wife Judy Austin Jenkins; his daughter Jessica Renee Jenkins Jervis; his son-in-law Virgil of Floyd County, Kentucky; his siblings, Ernie Jenkins of Columbus, Ohio, Geraldine Owens of Johnson County and Rossetta Ferguson of Flat Gap, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Katlin Jervis and Sabrina Jervis.
