It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Howard DeBoard of Paintsville, Kentucky, who passed away on April 23, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Howard, Jr. and Racine Wells Howard. She is survived by: her children, Kenny DeBoard, Jr. (Jessica) of Van Lear, Kentucky and Connie Raye Horn (Keith) of Thealka, Kentucky; her sister Kimberly Howard of Paintsville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Roger Horn (Alisha), Derek Horn (Ivy), Nathan Horn, Kellie Ann Horn and Paige DeBoard; and her great grandchildren, Braxton, Tayleen and Aaron.
