She is survived by: her husband Jimbo Webb; her children, Edsel Preece (Denise) of Winter Haven, FL, Danny Preece (Pamela) of Tutor Key, KY, Phyllis Campbell (Paul) of Van Lear, KY and Sharon Bella (Ron) of Alexandria, KY; her siblings, James Ray Smith of Warren Cliff, WV, Billy Smith of Oceanna, WV, Freda Cline of Baisden, WV, Girley Kennedy of Lexington, NC, Ilene Martin of Mooresville, NC and Ola Roberts of Pineville, WV.; and her grandchildren, Curtis Campbell, Jeremy Preece, Hope Taylor, Jonathan Campbell, Ryan Preece, Tori Jarrell and Tate Preece. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
