She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Salyers and Gusta Alice Barker Salyers; her husband David Wells; her son Christopher Wells; and her brothers, James C. Salyers, Martin Salyers, Johnny Salyers and Clarence Allen Salyers.
She is survived by: her children, Brandon Wells of Paintsville and Brandi Wells of Grayson; and her siblings, Bennie Salyers (Myrtle) of Sandy Hook and Kathy Evette Palmer (John) of Hager Hill. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and four great grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
