She is survived by: her mother Vonda Price Howard; her sons, Wesley Castle of Lowmansville, KY, Casey O'Bryan of Paintsville, KY and Kevin O'Bryan of Frankfort, KY; and her siblings, Daniel Howard of Lexington, KY and Lisa Howard of Paintsville, KY. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
