She was predeceased by: her parents, Birdice Tackett and Geraldine Goble Tackett; her son Steven Michael Tackett; and her siblings, Gregory Tackett and Velma Tackett.
She is survived by: her daughter Tiffany Palmer of Flat Gap, Kentucky; her sisters, Tammy Spears of Paintsville and Paradise Tackett of Ohio; and her granddaughter Madilynn Faye Tackett. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
