She is survived by: her significant other Joseph Paige of Thelma, KY; her sons, John Ryan Pennington (Alicia) of Thelma, KY, Dustin Willard Pennington (Tasha) of Thelma, KY, Steven Anthony Lafferty of Winchester, KY and Joshua James Lafferty of Prestonsburg, KY; her sisters, Kimberly Renee Lafferty of Prestonsburg, KY and Michelle Leigh Price (Matt) of Knoxville, TN.; her nephews, Channing Smith (Rachel) of Prestonsburg, KY and Dalton Parker (Kayla) of Frankfort, KY; her niece Audrianna Smith (Cody) of Drakesboro, KY; and her grandchildren, Jaymison and Lakyn.
