She was predeceased by: her parents, Sally Estep Smith Short and William "Bill" Smith; her husband Jimmy Bush; and her close friend Raymond Pennington. She is survived by: her daughters, Alisha Clark (Brandon) of Staffordsville and Amy Bush of Paintsville, Kentucky; her sisters, Sharon Blanton of Flat Gap and Mary Sue Daniel of Thealka, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Dylan Spencer, Carson Clark, Kinsley Sammons, Brooklyn Clark, Aireyonna Clark, Breonna Howard, Maddison Sammons and Keagen Sammons.
