He is survived by: his half-brother Dallas Salyer; his sister Esther Gail Brown of Sierra Vista; his children, Bruce Michael (Janie Hitchcock) of Hager Hill, KY, Lee Allen (Jennifer Hitchcock) of Volga, KY and Vicky Lee (Billy) of Volga, KY.; his grandchildren, Randy, Matthew, Brian, Nicki, Shayla and Jordan; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Peyton, Dalton, Mahallie, Ayden and Bentley.
