She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bill and Wonnie Phelps Hensley. She is survived by: her children, Jason Mollette, James Everett Mollette, Robin Fairchild and Vivian Dale; and her brothers, William Hensley and Edward Hensley. She is also survived by several grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
In compliance with the Funeral Director's Association of Kentucky and the executive orders placed by the governor of Kentucky during the Covid-19 pandemic a private service will take place in the Fairchild Family Cemetery at Flat Gap with Tim Salyer officiating.
