It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sara Ann Shafer of Paintsville, Kentucky, who passed away on February 14, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Dickeson and Helen McClandlass Dickeson. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Lawrence Shafer of Hollywood, FL and Dr. Diana Shafer of Paintsville; and her brothers, John Cunningham of Erie, PA and William Cunningham of Pembrooke Pines, FL.
