She is survived by: her children, John R Bailey (Stacie), Ballard J. Bailey (Susanna), Delbert R Bailey (Stacey) and Stephen P Bailey (Christina) of Kingston, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Ballard J. Bailey III (Lindsey), Sierra A. Bailey, John R. Bailey Jr (Taylor), Bear Bailey (Brittany), Jacob R. Bailey, Zena D. Bailey, Matthew I. Bailey, Benjamin E. Bailey, Erika S. Preece (Zach), Heather S. Craven, Candice E. Gilman, Hannah F. Bailey, Stephanie B. H. Bailey and Dustin Ray; and her siblings, Elizabeth Hall (Gary) and Russell Collins Jr. of West Virginia. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
