It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosia Stambaugh (Paintsville, Kentucky), born in Offutt, Kentucky, who passed away on December 29, 2018, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Samuel Cavins and Beatrice Cavins (Laney); her children, Cathy Seger (Scott) of Lapeer and Jerry Stambaugh, Jr. (Tammy) of Lapeer; her grandchildren, Devin Jose Reyna, Austin Stambaugh and Morgan Stambaugh; her sisters, Rebecca Harp (Billyray) of Offutt and Minnie Cavins of Offutt; and her husband Jerry Winford Stambaugh.
