She is survived by: her husband Lowell Blair; her children, James O'Nell Blair of Staffordsville, KY, Dewayne Douglas Blair (Miranda) of Flat Gap, KY, Lowell Wesley Blair (Johnda) of Staffordsville, KY, Deborah Lynn Cantrell (Marion) of Oil Springs, KY and Patsy Carol Cantrell (Benny) of Flat Gap, KY; and her sister Bobbie Schmit. She is also survived by twelve grand children and twenty two great grand children, and several nieces and nephews.
