He is survived by: his children, Brian Michael Dean of Stambaugh, Kentucky, Jessica Myers of Paintsville and Jenny Merritt of Toledo, Ohio; his siblings, Jerry Dean (Jeanie), Timothy Dean (Tammy), Randy Dean, Roger Dean, Robert Dean (Rose), Tommy Dean (Cathy), Michael Dean, Linda Bowman and Suzanne Thomason; and his grandchildren, Courtney Dean, Anthony Dean, Quentin Fugitt, Casey Fugitt, Alexia Myers, Dakota Myers, Izzabella Dean, Veronica Meritt and Sierra Merritt. He is also survived by twenty-five great-grandchildren.
