We are sad to announce that on August 20, 2021, at the age of 88, Roger Tackett of Paintsville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Wayne and Donna Marie Pelphrey Tackett; his son Barry Tackett; and his brother Wayne Tackett Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Donna Webb Tackett; and his brother Ben Tackett.
