He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hershel Ratliff and Elva Blair Ratliff; his wife Bonnie Rice Ratliff; his son Casey Ratliff (Heather) of Hager Hill, KY; his sisters, Thelma Benge of Staffordsville, KY and Phyllis Crace of Staffordsville, KY; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Wade Ratliff and Emily Welch.
