He is survived by: his mother Dixie Bowling Wells; his wife Ann Cantrell Wells; his sons, Zack Wells (Jayda) of Flat Gap and Chris Wells (Shyanne) of Staffordsville, Kentucky; his siblings, Jefferson Wells (Missy) of Nippa, Kentucky, Margie Fitch (Ray) of East Point and Laura Hamilton (Danny); and his grandchildren, Addison Marie Wells, Mason Lewis James Wells and Jayleigh Ann Taylor Wells.
