He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Conley and Elva Rice Conley; his son-in-law Jeb Blevins; and his siblings, Harold Conley, Charles Conley, H. M Conley, Eugene Conley, Arlene Blair and Carol Knox.
He is survived by: his wife Neva Lee Ward Conley of Staffordsville, KY; his children, Richard Ryan Conley (Loretta) of Oil Springs, KY, Vanessa Lynn Conley Blevins of Washington Courthouse, OH and Treva Jean Conley Tackett (Perry) of Salyersville, KY; and his grandchildren, Perry Michael Tackett (Callie), Jessica Michelle Cheek (Jason), Zachary Andrew Blevins (Ashley), Alice Anne Blevins and Shelby Paige Conley. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
