He is survived by: his brother Doug Mellott of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his stepbrother Rick Haney of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his sisters, Michelle Jennings of Haskell, Kristy Turner of Sand Springs and Debbra Keener of Missouri; his stepsister Tina Haney of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his stepmother Phyllis Matlock.
