She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Edward Spradlin; her sons, James Kenneth Edward Spradlin (Kimberly) of Hager Hill, Kentucky and Robert Douglas Spradlin (Jennifer) of Hager Hill, Kentucky; her siblings, Jim Baughman of Ohio and Vickie Oliver of Ohio; and her grandchildren, Jesse Spradlin, Michael Spradlin, Brayden Spradlin, Hunter Spradlin Cassidy Spradlin, Abbigail Arms, Kayleigh Arms and Carter Arms.
