He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrell Estepp and Anna Lee Estepp (Daniels); and his grandfather Sherdian Estepp. He is survived by: his wife Sandra K. Estepp (Fait); his children, Connie St (Carl) and Paul Estepp (Rachael); and his grandchildren, Patrick Michael McGuire (Melissa), Mollie, Wyatt and Meredith Estepp.
On February 10, 2019 Dr. Phillip E. Estepp, 80, of Worthington, Ohio formerly of Dover, Ohio was freed from the grip of Parkinson's disease.
