We are sad to announce that on January 31, 2021, at the age of 88, Paul Richard McKenzie of Paintsville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard B. McKenzie and Malta Lewis McKenzie; his former wives, Peggy Robinson McKenzie and Frances "Frankie" VanHoose McKenzie; and his siblings, Charles Arnold McKenzie and Vertrice "Pete" Ratliff.

He is survived by: his wife Ora Lee Auxier McKenzie; his children, Paul D. "Dave" McKenzie (Debbie) of Paintsville, Kentucky, Virginia Goff and Deborah; and his sister Louise Underwood of Paintsville, Kentucky. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
