He was predeceased by: his parents, Hurshall Keaton and Elsie Mae Marshall Keaton; and his brothers, Roger Keaton and Jimmy Keaton. He is survived by: his wife Emily Frances Barker Keaton of Flat Gap, Kentucky; his children, Dr. Andy Paul Keaton (Jill) of Pikeville, Kentucky and Dana Keaton Collett (George) of Paintsville, Kentucky; his sister Mary Rowland of Paintsville, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Charles Paul Collett (Stephany), Jeffrey Allen Collett, Emily Anna Keaton and Paul Emerson Keaton II.
