She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Hamilton of Paintsville, Kentucky; her children, Debbie LeMaster (Johnnie) of Paintsville, Kentucky, Sheree Adams (Butch) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Lisa Williams (Kevin) of Ashland, Kentucky and David Hamilton of Paintsville, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, Brandi Collins (Joe) of Paintsville, Kentucky, Amber Ratliff (Craig) of Paintsville, Kentucky, Jamie Ratliff (JK) of Paintsville, Kentucky, Lauren Rogers (Dustin) of Betsy Layne, Kentucky, Blake Delong of Paintsville, Kentucky, Bryce Hamilton of Paintsville, Kentucky, Ashley Scott of Georgetown, Kentucky, Taylor Scott of Lexington, Kentucky, Hannah and Holly Williams of Ashland; her great grandchildren, Gunner, Griffin, Grier, Chessa, Braxton, Baron, Blair, Luke, Will, CJ and Cooper; her siblings, Alma L. Butcher (Charles) of Catlettsburg, Kentucky, Jewell Webb (Homer) of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Larry Horn (Peggy) of Nashville, Tennessee and Marion Horn, Jr. (Elaine) of Lexington, Kentucky; and her brother-in-law Eugene "Gene" Williamson (Ruth Ann) of Inez, Kentucky..
