"Jimmy" Pelphrey, Jr. (Diane) of Paintsville, Paul D. and Jane Ann Pelphrey Daniels (Jimmy) of Paintsville, Kentucky; her brother Fred Wetzel of Van Lear, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Diana Daniels Kinner (Jeff), Maddie Pelphrey Preston (Andrew), Matthew Daniels, Dalton Daniels, Devin Pham and Delaney Pham; and her great grandchildren, Cooper, Marianna and Miles.
