She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruben Baker and Lona Osborne Baker; and her siblings, Joe Baker, Paul Anderson and Norene Vanover.
She is survived by: her sons, Scottie Bentley (Jamie) of Paintsville and Donald Bentley (Tina) of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Lakin Bentley, Mason Bentley, Hunter Bentley, Jackson Bentley and Madison Penix; and her brother Carl Baker (Debera) of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky.
