It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Myrtle Tee Caudill (Paintsville, Kentucky), who passed away on July 10, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Brad Patrick and Mary Burchett Patrick; and her siblings, Brad Patrick, Carl Patrick, Clyde Patrick, Virgie Grimm, Maudie Grim, Margery Wells and Polly Wells.

She is survived by: her brother Henry Allen Patrick (Elwanda) of Paintsville. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
