She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Cavins and Beatrice Laney Cavins; and her siblings, Verna Lee Preston, Norma Faye Bolden, Rosa Lee Stambaugh and James "Jimbo" Cavins.
She is survived by: her sister Rebecca Harp of Paintsville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
