With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mickey Marshall in Paintsville, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 13, 2025 at the age of 59. As Mickey departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Mickey may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Mickey leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Marshall and Ina Sue Patrick Marshall; and his brothers, Stephen Marshall and Simon Marshall Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Carrie Sue Bailey (Frank) of Salyersville, Ricky Marshall (Judy) of Salyersville and Dewey Marshall (Mary Jo) of Salyersville.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Salyersville Funeral Home (694 Parkway Dr, Salyersville, KY 41465). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
