He was predeceased by: his father Mike "Crackers" Ray Johnson; and his brother Jeremy Scott Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Ann Coleman Johnson of Pikeville; his wife Melissa Michelle Hayslett Johnson; his children, Joshua Michael Johnson (Ashley) of Ivel, Jordan O'Neal Johnson (Kaitlyn) of Raccoon, Lauren Faith Johnson (Colton Kiser) of Clintwood, Michaela Grace Johnson of Paintsville, Alexander Bryce Johnson of Paintsville and Abigail Hope Johnson of Paintsville; his sister Angela Knipp (George) of Frankfort; and his grandchildren, Riley Blair Johnson, Lucas Alan Kiser, Lainey Kate Johnson and Henry Joe Johnson.
