He was predeceased by: his parents, Dexter Addington and Patricia Hamilton Addington; his son Lucky Addington; and his brother Michael Adams. He is survived by: his fiancée Jennifer Epling; his children, Jerry Addington, Asher Epling, Zander Epling, Lorelei Addington and Elora Epling; and his siblings, Matthew Addington (Regina), Jessie Kendrick (Christy) and Anna Marie Addington (Justin).
