Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Leslie Fields of Paintsville, Kentucky, born in Martin, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 77, on August 8, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Fields and Opal McCoy Fields; and his siblings, Archie Fields, T. J. Fields, Ray Fields and Helen Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Fields; his children, Gregory Fields (Mary Ellen) of Arlington Heights, Michael Fields (Mary) of Batavia, Illinois, Sandra Hooten of New Port Richey, Jennifer Fields of Chicago and Laura Cox (Joshua) of Corbin, Kentucky; his siblings, Walker Fields (Becky) of Martin County, Donald Fields of Martin County, Joyce Lockwood (Eddie) of Warfield and Ernestine Scalf (Randy) of Galloway, Ohio; his grandchildren, Melissa Dorus, Justin Hooten, Heather Fields, Tyler Hooten, Holly Fields, Emily Hooten and Max Fields; and his great grandchildren, Lily, Charlie, Henry, Ryder, Gunner and Caroline. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home on Thursday, August 13, 2020 from 11:00 a. m. until 9:00 p. m. **Due to COVID-19, the family has requested that the funeral mass be private.
