She was predeceased by: her mother Ina Fay Cline Farley; and her husband Gary Perry. She is survived by: her father Elmer Fitzpatrick; her sons, Christopher Shawn Adams of Huntington, WV, Eddie Dwayne Adams of East Lynn, WV and Gary Perry Jr. of River, KY; and her half-brother David Nicholas Fitzpatrick of Corbin, KY. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
