He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Caudill; his children, Keisha Ann Stevens (Kevin) of Ashland, Kentucky and Steven Patrick Keith Caudill of Nippa, Kentucky; his sisters, Shirley Webb of Lexington, Peggy Conley of Stambaugh and Kathy MacKenzie of Chesterton, Indiana; and his grandsons, Jonathan Tylar Stambaugh, James Elleck Keith Stamper and Beau Murphy Caudill.
