She is survived by: her daughter Jessica Jervis (Virgil) of Floyd County, Kentucky; her siblings, Mikeal J. Austin of Paintsville, Kentucky and Dosha Clemons of Hager Hill; and her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Jervis and Sabriana Jervis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
