With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Juanita Ely of Paintsville, Kentucky, who passed away on March 28, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Paul Ely; her children, Rick Kodak (Tina), David Kodak and Tracy Shafer; her grandchildren, LeAnna Kodak, Litta Kodak, Rick Kodak Jr., Shawn Ewing, Nicky Wreede and Steffy Teeters; and her child Many. She is also survived by Many great-grandchildren; and a brother.
