She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Fannin and Verna Waller Fannin; her husbands, Marvin Fannin, Jr. and Danny VanHoose; and her siblings, Homer Fannin and Margie Fannin Goodwin.
She is survived by: her children, Marvin Fannin (Ashley) of Lick Creek, Kentucky and Stephanie Sexton (Rodney Selvage) of Paintsville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Ava, Max, Tiffany, Racheal, Kelly, Heather and Austin; and her siblings, Jessie, Mark, Chris, Arthur, Linda, Patricia and Sharon. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Jones-Preston Funeral Home (807 S Mayo Trail, Paintsville, KY 41240). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at the Walters Family Cemetery.
