He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dale Jr. and Barbara Williams Pfaff; and his son Joe Dale. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Spradlin Dale; his stepfather Bulan Pfaff of Lagrange, KY; his children, John Patrick Dale of Carrolton, KY, Angela McGraw of Oil Springs, KY and Kristi Dale of Louisville, KY; his brothers, Tim Pfaff of Lagrange, KY and Larry Tustin; his grandchildren, Spencer McGraw, John McGraw, Madelyn McGraw, Joshua Woodson, Shelby Smith, Josie Dale and Ellie Dale; and his great grandchildren, Kamden Smith and Ensley Woodson.
