She is survived by: her husband William Lewis Burchett; her children, William Kenneth Burchett of Stambaugh, Kentucky and Myra Jo Castle (Greg) of Wittensville, Kentucky; and her siblings, MJ VanHoose of Port Hope, David VanHoose of Nippa, Kentucky, Pearlene Stambaugh of Stambaugh and Bonita Daniels of East Point, Kentucky. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
