He is survived by: his wife Belinda A Maggard; his son James Bradley Maggard (Kristi); his siblings, Robert Maggard (Bonnie), Mark A. Maggard, Kathy Kinner (Mitch) and Betty Ann Long (Steve); and his mother-in-law Joyce P Conley.
